Campbell Keir has more than 30 years of professional experience in the Oil & Gas Industry. After graduating with a Master’s Degree he joined Shell International as a Petroleum Engineer. Over a period of 10 years, he worked in operations and technical positions in the Netherlands, Malaysia and Abu Dhabi. He then joined Shell’s Research & Development Function where he worked on nuclear logging research and its application around the world for 3 years. There then followed a series of Senior Technical and Managerial roles throughout the Middle East and Far East. Mr Keir’s last role was 7 years as Country Chair for Shell in Kazakhstan. Early 2015 he was seconded for 2 years into DIT as Director Energy, and took on the additional role as Director Infrastructure October 2017.
Mr Keir has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Physics and Master Degree in Petroleum Engineering.
